Free trials #

We offer a 7-day free trial to all subscribers. You are only charged at the end of your free trial period. To avoid being charged after a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. If you do not cancel prior to the end of your free trial period, the payment method provided at sign-up will be automatically billed for the applicable subscription fee.

Automatic Renewal #

Monthly and annual subscriptions for FastTrackMaths online resources renew automatically using the payment details on file for your account. If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to use the payment information on file for the renewal fee. Until you cancel, your subscription will renew monthly or annually on the same day of the month or year, respectively, as the date you made your initial purchase.

No Refunds #

If you are not happy with your purchase of a subscription plan, you may cancel your monthly / annual subscription for FastTrackMaths online resources at any time before free trial ends. After the trial period, there are no partial or pro-rata refunds for cancellation. 

Cancellation #

You may cancel your monthly / annual subscription for FastTrackMaths online resources at any time. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please email us and cancel your subscription with your Paypal / credit card company.

We’d love to get your feedback and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for cancellation in your email.

Note: Your access to website resources will end as soon as the refund is processed.
